Refund policy
Returns (at delivery only)

Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery and in front of the courier if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Once the courier leaves, returns will not be accepted.

You must clearly show the issue at delivery (photos/video are recommended).
Exchanges (within 3 days)

Exchanges are allowed within 3 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in the original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging.

Shipping costs for exchanges are covered by the customer, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or a wrong item received.
How to request an exchange

Contact us at info@kikidooshop.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

We’ll share instructions and (if applicable) a return label. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order with the courier at delivery and notify us immediately if it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate and resolve it on the spot.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for: perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom/personalized products, personal care goods (e.g., beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Refunds

Refunds are issued only for accepted defect-at-delivery returns.

Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days (your bank/issuer may take additional time to post).

Note on EU cooling-off period

If shipping to the European Union, customers have a 14-day cooling-off right by law. However, items must still be unused, in original condition with tags and packaging, and you must first contact us at info@kikidooshop.com for approval before sending anything back.
