Delivery Instructions

1. The customer has the right to open and inspect the order in front of the courier upon delivery to ensure product quality.

2. Returns are only accepted at the time of delivery in case of a defect or damage, and after the courier leaves, returns will not be accepted.

3. Exchange is available within 3 days from the delivery date, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, with tags and original packaging.

4. A customer service representative will contact you to confirm the order — please keep your phone available until communication is completed.

5. Delivery to Cairo and Alexandria usually takes 3–5 working days, and to Upper Egypt cities within 4–6 working days.

6. Deliveries are made weekly from Saturday to Thursday, between 10 AM and 6 PM. Friday is a holiday.
